We understand that sometimes things just don't work out, and that's why we offer a 30 Day Money Back Policy on any non-custom or non-altered products that are returned without signs of physical wear or damage.

If you would like to return an item, simply contact us within 30 days of your purchase, and we will provide you with further instructions on how to proceed. If the item is returned in its original condition, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. For purchases made via cash or check, refunds are issued via check.

Please note that custom lenses, and/or altered frames, may not be returned for a cash refund, but may be exchanged for store credit within 30 days of your purchase.
